2. Age Limit

To shop on drpen.se you must be at least 18 years old.

3. Products & Responsibility

Microneedling is a cosmetic treatment done at your own risk. If uncertain, you should always consult a skin therapist or doctor. Needles and needle heads are always single-use and must not be reused. All machines on drpen.se are CE-approved for sale within the EU.

4. Ordering & Payment

We offer the following payment options:

  • Card Payment – Visa, Mastercard, etc.
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

When an order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the specified email address. We reserve the right for any typographical errors, sold-out products, and technical errors.

5. Delivery

We ship all orders with DHL.

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Free shipping over 95 € or 145 € depending on where you live. Below is a list with information for each country.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Open Purchase (14 days)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act.

To use the right of withdrawal, the following applies:

  • The product must be unopened
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • Hygiene and sterile products (e.g., needles) must not be returned if opened

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return and bears the return shipping costs in the event of a return.
  • The return shipment must be sent back to us in accordance with the instructions provided in connection with the return request.
  • We recommend sending the return with a trackable shipment.

Returns that do not meet the conditions are denied or returned to the customer.

7. Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty that applies to manufacturing defects.

The warranty applies:

  • Only for machines
  • Even for professional use
  • Not for needles or disposable products

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, drop damage, modifications, or lack of cleaning.

8. Complaints

Complaints are handled according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

In case of defects in goods, you should contact customer support within a reasonable time and describe the defect and attach pictures or video.

If the complaint is approved, the following is offered:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Price reduction or refund

9. Unclaimed Packages

Packages not picked up are automatically returned to us.

If a package is not accepted, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred in connection with the return shipment, any shipping costs, and administrative handling. These costs may be deducted from a possible refund.

10. Personal Data (GDPR)

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.

The data is used only to manage your order, communication, and accounting. We never sell any customer data.

11. Cookies

Drpen.se uses cookies to improve the user experience and analyze traffic. By using the site, you agree to this.

12. Force Majeure

Nordic SkinTech AB is not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or disruptions in transport.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to adjust the purchase terms. The version that applies at the time of purchase is the one that is applied.
