We offer fast and convenient deliveries with DHL.

Shipping options & costs

Delivery time

Our normal delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.

During holidays, promotions, or unforeseen events in the transport network, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Order tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with tracking information so you can follow the package all the way.

Uncollected packages

If a package is not accepted, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred in connection with the return shipment, any shipping costs, and administrative handling. These costs may be deducted from a possible refund.

Transport damages

If your shipment is damaged during transport, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. Document the damage with photos and keep the packaging. We will assist you further with a claim to the carrier.
