Return Conditions

• You have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the package.
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns of opened products are accepted, especially not needles or other disposable items.
• The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping in the event of a return.
• The return shipment must be sent back according to the instructions provided when the return case is registered.
• We recommend that the return is sent with a trackable shipment.
